Paula Yates

Paula Yates was found dead of an accidental heroin overdose on September 17 2000, orphaning her youngest daughter. She was the very model of modern celebrity, with her life one very long soap opera aimed at attracting attention. She set the trend for giving children names better suited for pets - probably because she never really envisaged seeing them as adults.
