According to this highly credible news source, Kim Jong Il is furious at being overtaken by Robert Mugabe as the world's worst tyrant. Let's hope the upcoming missile test - or perhaps some Zimbabwean traffic mishap - can restore Kim to his rightful place.

The Kimster seeks to destroy something (anything!) on a grand and dramatic, theatrical scale, while Mugabe has destroyed his country in a series of piecemeal whimpers that the world has accepted - in boiling frog mode.
Behind the colourful, dancing and marching Stalinist facade, the NorKo-state will be no more attractive than Zimbabwe to prospective migrants.
