Australian Governor General, Quentin Bryce (pictured) has said someone ought to do something about climate change.Ms Bryce joined thousands of visitors from all over the world in Abu Dhabi (UAE) - the world's second highest emitter of carbon per capita and developer of some of the world's lowest lying islands.
