Don't even mention it
If you scan the muslim forums, you will struggle to find any mention of the US's $900 million contribution to rebuild Gaza - however this might give you a clue to the response from a grateful people.

It was US made weapons that decimated Gaza in the first place. I'm not sure why you expect anyone to be grateful for that.

Gaza could have been a success if it had normal (hard to find in the ME) leadership instead of hell-bent fanatics in charge.
Choices were made, right down to voter level.

destroying the income producing infrastructure Israel left behind,is proof enough of the mentality of the people.
They are sitting on the best real estate in the world, anyone else would by now, be living off the fat of the tourists.
