How does one disinfect oneself after visiting that site?
Yes, it's all the fault of those evil foreigners and their sanctions. The electricity is there because I've seen video of it.
Maybe when they have a "satellite" in orbit it can take a photo that shows that dear leader's tears (over not being able to improve the common peoples' lot while wasting vast amounts of cash on weapons programs) have turned into lightglobes.
A border crossing would certainly be a case of "crossing over to the dark side" ...
