How re-branding is set to save the world

US President, Barack Obama has famously saved the world by re-branding the War.

Now further re-branding efforts have put an end to tsunamis in California, and ethnic crime in the Netherlands.

I always thought War on Terror was already a euphamism! But it was really an Overseas Contingency Operation.So what is Neutering the NorKs going to be called?
"Foreclosing on a collateralised debt obligation"?
